Fireworks orders over £500 are delivered free of charge* - all orders below £500 are subject to a standard £20 carriage charge for a 3-day delivery service. deliveries normally take place on weekdays. Overnight and Saturday delivery can be arranged upon payment of an additional charge - please call us first on 0800 781 0511 if you wish to arrange an overnight service.
* Note that wax torches are shipped separately and have a fixed shipping price per carton.

We are unable to ship fireworks to the Isle of Man, but we can ship non-explosive products such as glow in the dark novelty items and wax torches. Please contact us directly on 0800 781 0511 if you would like to arrange a shipment to the Isle of Man.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, you will have to pay the cost of the return carriage in all other circumstances.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Distance Selling Regulations
Where applicable the company complies with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We offer a seven day cancellation period from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer. This cancellation period does not extend to special orders, i.e orders which have been custom assembled at the customers request and is therefore, not an off the shelf item, this includes modified kits and kits with additional items. In the event of cancellation the customer must notify Star Fireworks in writing to:
Fireworks are hazardous goods and as such can only be returned to us by a specialised carrier. Upon receipt of written confirmation of cancellation Star Fireworks will notify the customer of how and when the goods are to be collected. In the event of cancellation a charge may be levied to the customer for collection and will be retained from any refund given, as will the cost of delivery. Charges will not apply where a shortage of goods or damage to the goods is our fault, and where a claim has been notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
